Independence Stable Foxhunting

Horses are available for hire for local foxhunting.

Hunts in the area include the Old Dominion Hounds, the Blue Ridge Hunt, Warrenton Hunt, Casanova Hunt, Piedmont Hunt, Middleburg Hunt, Orange County Hunt, Loudon West Hunt, the Middleburg-Orange County Beagles and many others.

All horses have a minimum of two years hunting experience, and are suitable for riders from beginner to advanced levels.

All tack and shipping to and from the hunt meet is supplied by Independence Stable. Clients must supply their own clothing and appointments, though spares are generally available in case of emergency.

Any capping fees are the responsibility of the client.

A mounted member of Independence Stable must accompany the client. Any capping fees for members of Independence Stable must be paid by the client.

Prices vary depending on the hunt and the horse.
